Hi I am looking for a seat to modify .
Does not need to be in good condition as I am just after the plastic frame, the foam and cover will be ditched.

If you have the raised bars on an eleven-hundy-ess you sure as hell need the seat modifying: the stock seat just doesn't work, as my butt knows.  As soon as Scrooge McBwucie's seat cover splits, it will be off to Tauranga for Mac to make it like Michael McGuire's.  I am quite happy to pay his not cheap price, because the guy is an absolute artist with bike seats.

More importantly, they work.  http://www.trimit.co.nz/

I have the low bars but I tend to slide forward as my modest 80kg hasn't made a dent in the foam of the seat after 2 years.

The plan is  to try and make a single seat using the frame and having some storage - just love playing with sticky epoxy & carbon.

What an excellent idea!  Never crossed my mind before, but it's whirring over now.

Find me a base and we can use it as a mould, just dont want to run the risk of wrecking the one seat I have
