The conatct details of the area reps are listed in the magazine and can be referred to if members require contact details.  However, nothing exists on the forum if some one visiting this site wants to contact an area rep.

Can you create a subgroup in the membership section which lists the contact details of all area reps.  This may help casual visitors migrate from the forum to the club and not just stay a forum member.

What are you on about  huh

There's a whole tab dedicated to contact with the Exec and Area Reps on the website home page.

It's kept up to date as well.

I think the point is that people may be being directed to the Forum directly, Garry, not via the BMWOR website. And it is true to say there ain't a shortcut on the Forum pages pointing at http://www.bmwor.org.nz/contactus.php.
It would be easy to say it wouldn't be a great trick to put an appropriately labelled button in the sidebar with a link, but the templates they build these sites on are not easy beasts to modify unless you know a bit about tweaking javascript. It causes me a bit of strife when I want to mutilate my homepage's Gallery, and I want to do something the proprietary template (JAlbum in my case) doesn't want to do straight out of the box: persistence and experiment normally triumph, but it's a battle to an non-geek ex farmboy.
The idea has great merit though, IMHO, syphoning peole from the forum back into the BMWOR membership (we hope).
Give it a crack, Alex, say I.
